Grand Theft Auto 2 (GTA) 2 adalah sebuah game PC dengan genre Action-Adventure Games yang dikembangkan oleh DMA Design (Sekarang Rock Star North) dan diterbitkan oleh Rockstar Games yang dirilis pada tanggal 30 September 1999.
Terdapat sebuah fitur baru di GTA 2 yaitu melakukan misi untuk geng terpisah, dimana ada dua geng baru untuk masing-masing dari tiga tingkat permainan. Dalam GTA asli, hanya polisi setempat mengejar pemain. Dalam GTA 2, tim SWAT (4 Copheads) diperkenalkan di Downtown District, sementara Agen Khusus (5 Copheads) dan tentara (6 Copheads) diperkenalkan di Kabupaten Residential dan Industrial.
